About endereco
We develop and operate business-critical software solutions for e-commerce platforms.
A core element is our JavaScript SDK, which is used in all our plugins (Shopware, OXID, JTL) and external partners. It ensures seamless integration and the highest data quality.
Our team is small, dynamic and highly specialized - and now we are looking for you to take responsibility for our SDK. Become part of our tech collective and take our JS-SDK to the next level.
Your mission: JS-SDK Excellence
You are the central point of contact for our JavaScript SDK: you understand its architecture, develop it further, refactor it and ensure that it remains testable, maintainable and future-proof.
You will work closely with our team and external partners - but you will also be able to implement requirements and prepare decisions independently.
Your tasks
Ownership & further development
- Independent responsibility for the endereco JS-SDK.
- Implementation of new features and integrations based on internal and external requirements.
- Maintenance and further development of the architecture with a focus on Testability, maintainability and performance.
Refactoring & quality assurance
- Identification and reduction of technical debt.
- Introduction and maintenance of Unit, integration and, if necessary, E2E tests.
- Securing of Browser compatibility, build and release processes.
Cooperation & communication
- Close coordination with the Principal Architect in architectural decisions.
- Collaboration with QA and development teams (PHP/Shopware/OXID/JTL).
- Documentation of changes and transparent communication of risks and results.
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in the JavaScript development (Vanilla JS, ES6+, DOM APIs, modular architecture).
- Very good knowledge of Frontend build toolchains (Webpack, Babel, npm/Yarn, SCSS/SASS).
- Experience with Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Playwright) and code quality (linting, coverage, mutation testing).
- Understanding of Software architecture and refactoring practices.
- Ability to navigate complex code bases independently and take responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, pragmatism and enjoy sharing results transparently within the team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce ecosystems (Shopware, OXID, JTL).
- Knowledge of TypeScript and modern JS patterns.
- Experience in the Development of SDKs or libraries.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Delivery (GitHub Actions, npm publishing).
